What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
If you have booked beach service for the day of arrival, you may use it starting from 9:00 AM.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am so that we can prepare them for incoming guest.
Is it cheaper to book through the hotel's official website?
Yes. Booking directlywith the hotel gives you:
the best available conditions
greater flexibility for changes
direct contact with Reception for personalized requests
In addition, parking is free of charge for direct bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations are generally prepaid and non-refundable.
However, for direct bookings we offer greater flexibility and, in case of documented travel issues, we may issue a voucher valid until September 30 of the current year.
Is the tourist tax included in the room rate?
No. The tourist tax required by Municipality of Pietra Ligure is not included in the room rate and must be paid at the hotel.
The current rate is € 2,00 per person per night (children under 12 are exempt), for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, from April 1 to October 31, unless otherwise determined by local authorities.
Do I need to show ID or passport at check-in ?
Yes. At check-in all guests, including minors, must present a valid ID or passport.
Can minors stay at the hotel without their parents?
Minors may stay accompanied by an adult other than their parents only with written authorization from the parents and a copy of their ID document.
The authorization form can be requested via email.
Is early check-in available?
Early check-in cannot be guaranteed, especially during high season.
Upon arrival you may leave your phone number and we will notify if your room becomes available earlier.
In the meantime, all hotel facilities can be used before check.in.
Does the hotel offer late check out?
Late check-out is subject to availability, must be requested at Reception the evening before departure, and involves an additional charge.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, luggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out.
Does the hotel provide changing rooms for guests?
Yes, we provide two changing rooms with showers, wich can be used before check-in and after check-out.
Is the reception open 24 hours a day?
Yes, Reception is open 24 hours a day. A night porter is present overnight.
If you expect to arrive late, we kindly ask you to inform the hotel in advance.
Can I get around without a car during my stay?
Yes. The private beach, seaside promenade, and several services are within walking distance.
The center of Pietra Ligure is about 1 km away and can easily be reached with a pleasant walk along the seafront.
Public transport is also convenient:
Borgio Verezzi train station: 700 m
Bus stop: 500 m fron the hotel.

No. Beach service is subject to availability and must be requested at time of booking.
We strongly recommend reserving it in advance, especially during high season.
MAIN HOTEL SERVICES
Do you have parking?
Yes. The hotel offers both an underground garage and an outdoor parking area.
Vehicles over 2 meters high and LPG vehicles must use the outdoor parking area.
Is parking free?
Parking is free for direct bookings made through our official website, phone, or email.
For reservations made through external booking platforms, a supplement of up to € 15,00 per night may apply.
Do you offer Wi-Fi? Is it free?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The password will be provided at check-in.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed in indoor common areas, the pool area, the solarium terrace, or the private beach, in accordance with local regulations.
Upon request, we can arrange tables outdoor or in the bar area for breakfast and dinner.
Pets must always be kept on a leash, and a daily fee of € 20,00 per dog applies.
Do you provide bicycles for guests?
Yes, we offer a limited number of complementary city bikes for guests. Bikes cannot be reserved in advance.
Do you have a bike storage area?
Yes, a free bike storage area is available in the underground garage.
Can I charge an electric car at the hotel?
Yes, there is an elettric vehicle charging station in the outdoor parking area.
Please ask Reception for the activation card.
Is e-bike charging available for guests?
Yes, e-bikes can be charged in the underground garage.
PRIVATE BEACH
Do your have a private beach?
Yes. The hotel's private beach, Bagni Grand Hotel Pietra Ligure, is located just a few meters away and can be reached via a pedestrian underpass.
Is beach service included in the room price?
Beach service is available for an additional fee, and prices vary depending on the season and the row selected.
Advance reservation is recommended.
What does the beach service include?
Each beach setup includes:
1 umbrella
2 sun loungers
2 beach towels.
What are the beach opening hours?
The beach is generally open from Easter until the end of September, weather permitting, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Is the beach sandy or pebbly?
The beach is composed of sand mixed with small pebbles.
Does the sea get deep quickly?
Yes. In this area, the seabed slopes rather quickly.
Are dogs allowed on the beach?
No. According to municipal regulations, animals are not allowed on the beach.
The nearest dog-friendly beach is about 600 meters away.
ROOMS
What is the difference between the room types?
All rooms feature modern furnishings and furnished balcony. The main difference is the view:
Essential: hill view
Classic: lateral sea view
Sea view: front sea view
Junior Suite & Suite: front sea view and larger space.
Do you have connecting rooms?
No, we do not have connecting rooms.
For larger families, the Presidential Suite is available. It consists of two separated bedrooms with private bathrooms connected by a corridor and can be booked only by contacting the hotel directly.
Are the rooms soundproofed?
Yes, all the rooms are soundproofed.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes. All rooms feature air conditioning with both cooling and heating options.
Do rooms have a minibar and safe?
Yes. All rooms include a minibar (consumption-based) and a safe.
Is there a kettle in the room?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a kettle.
Do you offer Sky TV?
Sky TV (Cinema and Sport) is available in the lobby, Suites and Junior Suites.
Are beds double mattresses?
All beds are separable. Double beds consist of two single mattresses placed side by side, ensuring comfort and flexibility.
Is smoking allowed int he rooms or on the balcony?
No. All rooms are non-smoking.
Can I request rooms on higher floors or close to aech other?
You may indicate your preference when booking. We will do our best to accomodate your request, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Is room service available?
Yes, room service is available for an additional charge.

Are lactose-free options available at breakfast or dinner?
Yes, lactose-free products are available. Please inform us of any intolerances at the time of booking.
Can you accomodate special dietary requests?
Yes, we can accomodate special dietary requests (vegetarian, vegan, etc.). Please inform us at the time of booking.
We offer gluten-free products, but our kitchen is not certified gluden-free.
CHILDREN & FAMILIES
What services do you offer for children?
Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge and can sleep in a crib.
High chairs are available in the restaurant.
For reservations made through external booking platforms, a supplement of up to € 20,00 per night may apply.
Currently, we do not offer play areas or entertainment services, either in the hotel or on the beach.
POOL, FITNESS & RELAX
Do you have a swimming pool?
Yes. The hotel features a ground-floor swimming pool with room-temperature water and a heated whirpool on the panoramic terrace on the seventh floor.
Is pool access included in the room rate?
Yes. Access to the swimming pool and whirpool is included in your stay.
What are the pool opening hours?
The pool is open 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
The whirpool can also be used as a heated pool, but massage function is turned off from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure guests' confort and quiet.
Is a swim cap required?
No, swim caps are not required.
Can pool sunbeds be reserved?
No, sunbeds are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you have a solarium?
Yes. There is a solarium area next to the pool and on the panoramic terrace.
Do you have a gym?
Yes. On the first floor there is a Technogym ® fitness room, open 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
Do you have a spa or a wellnes center?
No, we do not have a spa. However, guests can enjoy the heated outdoor whirpool on the panoramic terrace.
LOCATION & TRANSPORT
How far is the hotel from the center of Pietra Ligure?
The hotel is located 1 km from the town center, easily reachable with a pleasant walk along the seafront promenade.
Do you offer a shuttle service?
No, we currently do not provide a shuttle service.
Are you close to a train station?
Pietra Ligure train station: about 2.5 km
Borgio Verezzi train station: about 700 m.
Do you organize excursions or tours?
We do not organize excurtions directly, but our Reception team will be happy to help guests book local experiences and activities.
